We carefully select all of our ingredients making our round creations unique every time. The San Marzano tomatoes, the Italian extra virgin olive oil, our blend of Fior di Latte, fragrant basil all combine with respect to the Italian way

We offer a wide selection of pizzas, all prepared fresh with great care paid to quality and the seasons. Our Sourdough is naturally fermented, taking on the local Liverpool air in the process and producing a distinguished flavour
